According to the report, McDermott is behind on his child support obligation for five months for his teenage child Jack, his son with his ex Mary Jo Eustace. Eustace is asking her estranged husband to pay $8,700 within 30 days, or he could face jail time.
McDermott has four other children with his current wife – Stella, Liam, Finn and Hattie.

Court documents showed that Renner will share joint legal and physical custody of his 2-year-old daughter with his ex and has also been ordered to pay a monthly child support of $13,000. Documents also revealed that the American Hustle actor will not be paying spousal support, despite Pacheco’s request.
